Passface instead of Password
THE PASSWORD, the currently popular authentication tool, is based on a string of numbers or alphanumeric characters. Though this is the most commonly used technology to secure a system, there exist other security alternatives. This week we will examine one alternative, the "passface,'' which is based on pictures.
