On-line immersive movies
While watching a marathon race live on TV you may perhaps be more interested in viewing the places along which the runners traverse or the people lining the streets to watch the event. While the cameramen may be shooting all the scenes, they will be presenting only frames focussing on the runners. The immersive movie technology that lets a telecast company take a scene in all its angles and allows the viewer to interactively watch the show in any angle he/she prefers may be useful in this type of situation.
