IN THE age of information technology every vies with others to demonstrate their IT awareness. Though the relevance of IT with regard to certain basic problems of the country can be questioned, there are many areas where productivity/effectiveness can be enhanced by this technology. Computer based training (CBT) is among them. Some tools that help create animated training/demonstration/how-to modules without any effort are discussed here.
