OpenCola: A search tool with P2P features
WE ARE are always on the look out for search tools that can provide richer and more timely content. Here is a new search tool that has got both the features of the Peer-to-Peer computing model and traditional search services.
Present search process drawbacks
Irrelevant search results: When we provide a search string to a search engine to locate a Net resource, it scans its database and presents a list of links to web pages that contains the string. Though some of the results may contain appropriate links to sites with relevant data, the probability of many irrelevant and old links creeping into the list is quite high.
